Payment
Activon offers the convenience of payment by Credit Card (Master Card, VISA, Discover, American Express), check, money order, traveler's check, or COD (except for International Orders).

To prevent credit care fraud and identity theft, it is required for you to register any ship-to address with your credit card company. Simply contact your credit card company to register the alternate shipping address for your account. We will continue to request authorization with your credit card company daily: once authorized, your order will be shipped. If this is not authorized within 7 days, we will automatically cancel your order.

Shipping & Handling Charges
FREE! Activon offers FREE ground shipping in the continental United States on most items if your order is over $150. A $8 handling fee will be added to orders below the $150 minimum.

FREIGHT CHARGES will be added for all FOB/+FRT items (All Udder Singes are FOB) based on their total weight and your Zip Code. For air, common carrier, container and international delivery rates, please call 800.841.0410 for freight quotes. The COD charge is $10.00.

*INTERNATIONAL & ORDERS WEIGHING OVER 70 LBS*
Our online store doesn't currently calculate shipping rates for international orders or orders weighing over 70 pounds. The shipping cost will automatically be added to your order. Please contact us before you place your order if you need an exact shipping rate. If you need exact freight charges, please call us at 1.800.841.0410 or ask us when ordering to contact you with charges before shipment.

International
Shipping and freight charges apply to all orders at time of sale. Taxes and duties will be the responsibility of the client after shipment. Payment options include: credit card, wire transfer, and collection against documents.

Sales Tax
Wisconsin State and County sales tax will be added to your order as applicable. There is no tax on out-of-state orders. To claim exemption print and complete the Farmer’s Tax Exemption form. Damages, Shortages, Returns

Shipping Problems
Please contact our shipping department at 1.800.841.0410 with any questions or concerns about your order. Report all claims, shortages or damages within 48 hours of receipt. Keep damaged product in the original shipping carton for inspection by the carrier. All orders are triple checked for accuracy before shipping. Thoroughly inspect all packing material and boxes for smaller items before calling about shortages. Please have your account # and original invoice # available.

Returns
All returns must be pre-authorized by our returns department at 1.800.841.0410. Please have your account # and original invoice # available. Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Products may be returned if undamaged and in new condition or if covered by manufacturer warranty.  Special orders  are non-returnable. Expired products are non-returnable unless refunded by the manufacturer and may be subject to a restocking fee. The method of refund will be determined by the original method of payment.
